Status Icons and what they mean
The status icons indicate the current connection status with a child’s device. Their meanings are as follows:
Green Tick: Connection with device established and working as intended.
Yellow Question Mark: Connection with device pending.
Red Exclamation Mark: Connection with device lost / device subscription expired / Filtering is off.
Grey Question Mark: No device linked to child’s profile
