What is Lighthouse’s subscription cancellation and refunds policy?

You can cancel your monthly or annual Lighthouse subscription (your base subscription) at any time if you’re not completely satisfied.

- Within the free trial period:

If you cancel your monthly or annual subscription (your base subscription) during your 7-day free trial period, your access to Lighthouse will cease after the 7th day and you won’t be charged.

- After free trial period:

If you cancel your monthly or annual subscription (your base subscription) after your 7-day free trial period, your access to Lighthouse will cease at the end of the current billing cycle. Please note that Lighthouse will be unable to issue a refund for any time remaining on your subscription from the time of cancellation until the end of the current billing cycle.
