Should you wish to action your right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal information by Lighthouse under the GDPR or POPI, you may do so by following these steps:
Make sure to have downloaded the latest version of the Lighthouse Parent App from the App Store;
Access your Account via the Settings tab in the Parent App;
At the bottom of the screen, there is a prompt stating "Delete Account";
Please select the "Delete Account" option in the pop-up;
The deletion of an account is permanent. Once an account is deleted, it cannot be reinstated and a new account will need to be created;
You will receive an email notification to confirm once your Lighthouse account has been successfully deleted.
As we rely on consent as the basis of our processing, once your account has been deleted (which includes the deletion of all your personal information from our systems), you will no longer be able to use Lighthouse's services and Lighthouse will no longer process any of your personal information.
