Installing the Lighthouse certificate and downloading the Virtual Private Network (VPN) profile

Two important steps that you need to undertake when setting up your device is the installation of the Lighthouse certificate as well as the downloading of a Virtual Private Network (VPN) profile. This is a once-off set up process for both the Parent device as well as each Child device that is linked to the Parent app, and differs between Android and iOS. The Lighthouse applications will guide you through this process when activating Childlock on the Parent device for the first time, or when linking a Child's device to the Parent App for the first time.
