You can delete your Lighthouse account from within the Settings tab of the Parent application.
You will receive an email confirming your account deletion once actioned.
What does it mean when your account is deleted? Firstly, your account cannot be reinstated, and that should you wish to use our services again, you will need to create a new account. Secondly, all your personal information will have been deleted from our systems, and we will therefore no longer process any of your personal information.
Please note, however, that the deletion of your account does not constitute the deletion of your Lighthouse subscription. Should you wish to cancel your Lighthouse subscription, you will need to do so by following the steps outlined by Apple (iOS) and/or Google Play (Android), respectively.
